Community Coffee is a storied and beloved brand in its home markets of Louisiana and Mississippi. As it sought to accelerate its growth in the state of Texas and as a borderless business through eComm, the brand had to overcome the missing emotional connection and awareness of origin/values these new markets have to the brand’s history and what it stands for, which ultimately drives its quality assurance “Generations” cultivates passion and reinvigorates brand love with new and current users by leveraging the brand’s story and spirit of Southern hospitality, which comes alive in scenes of coffee’s ability to build community throughout 105 years of history.
